Year End Egg Surprise

I knew I had a few females that were ovulating and I knew one may be carrying eggs but I did not expect her to drop them on today, the last day of the year, on the night of the blue moon !

I rushed out to get some perlite and made the proper container & I now have it at 80 degrees. I am ordering a incubator on Saturday since most places will be closed tomorrow on New Years Day! ( U2 anyone? )

My TUG Sunglow male is still hard at work with a few of my other Sunglow Leopard Geckos.

Vision Racks Update

I found that after my 1754 15qt Vision Rack was set up and fully operational that the 15 qt tubs just did not feel right for an adult Leopard Gecko. I know it's just me as these really are the standard for adult Leos. It just seemed they had such limited room that they messed it up too quickly!

SO my solution? I simply set up the spacious Vision Rack V-35 that I obtained earlier. It is simply perfect!

The 1754 15 qt will now be the hatchling rack when that all happens down the road......

Pictured here is the V-35 that has 22 Tubs & the 1755 that has ten 32 qt tubs.
In the middle is a 4 drawer Sterilite storage rack that houses 3,000 meal worms in the top two drawers & 1,000 Super Worms in the bottom two!

Sunshine Leopard Geckos has aquired M.A.L.T Leopard Geckos after they had to close for personal reasons and now has several Vison Racks as well as a Animal Plastics hatchling rack. Here is the Vision Rack 1574 - 15 qt rack set up with single adult leos.

Tangerine Leopard Gecko

I thought I would slap up a picture of one of my Deep Red Tangerine Females.
This is pretty much how she really looks although I did use flash with a point & shoot on this one. The other image is od a normal Tangerine Female. I named her Big Mama as she is a whopping 85 grams!

I need to work on how to photograph them in a more natural light to show exactly how they look color wise!
